Overview Subway Ridleyton – Assistant Manager at OTR. We are looking for someone who’s interested in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. You will report to the Store Manager on a regular basis, and you will work closely with them to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service & efficiently manage the day-to-day tasks of the store Provide a great training experience of onboarding team members Monitor stock levels and product wastage Managing deliveries Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld with the store Rostering Developing plans to drive sales and improve customer experience Skills and Experience Previous experience in Retail or Hospitality Previous leadership experience is desired but not necessary Ability to lead a team environment Great communication skills Able to work in a team environment Organisational skills & the ability to efficiently manage tasks What’s great about working at Subway?
