Join the Victorian Civil Infrastructure team to support continued growth in drainage and flood management on projects including highways, bridges, rail, ports/maritime, and aviation. Role description The role involves supporting a wide variety of civil engineering projects, including the delivery of drainage designs on projects ranging from road upgrades to complex billion‑dollar infrastructure projects. Role accountabilities Contribute to the delivery of drainage designs on various projects Provide technical design expertise for drainage and stormwater quality systems, including piped networks and major transverse drainage structures Coordinate and verify designs with project teams across multiple offices, including international design hubs Embrace and promote a leading digital work environment and delivery culture Collaborate with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design Qualification & Experience Experience in several facets of the project lifecycle from tendering and concept design through to construction Demonstrated self‑management; ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes Experience working on major infrastructure projects Knowledge of DTP standards Proven skills with drainage software such as 12D; DRAINS experience highly regarded The desire to work collaboratively in a high‑performing team environment Ability to work flexibly (remotely and/or on‑site as required) Demonstrated experience on Australian infrastructure/engineering projects Full Australian working rights Why Arcadis We empower people to be their best, pioneering a skill‑based approach.
