About the Role We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Submissions and Marketing Coordinator to join our studio. This role blends design and strategy supporting our business development and marketing efforts through beautifully crafted submissions, brand-aligned collateral and meaningful storytelling. You'll work closely with directors, project leaders and designers to translate our work and ideas into compelling visual and written content that reflects who we are and what we stand for. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and coordination of tender submissions, EOIs and award entries ensuring all material is visually engaging and aligned with our brand. Support directors and project leaders with marketing initiatives, content development and business development collateral. Maintain and update marketing assets including project sheets, CVs, capability statements and the image library. Create and edit graphic content for marketing submissions and internal communications in line with the studio’s brand guidelines. Assist with website updates, social media scheduling and content reporting to help grow the studio’s online presence. Track marketing activities and analytics to inform future strategies and highlight outcomes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of design standards and communication tools across the studio. Qualifications and Experience Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline. 2-4 years experience in a design, marketing or architecture‑related environment. Strong graphic design skills with an eye for detail and composition. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign). Excellent writing, editing and communication skills. Strong understanding of digital platforms, analytics and content management systems. Collaborative mindset and ability to work to tight deadlines.
