Responsibilities Actively engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that customers will remember. Advocate for BWS loyalty programs by informing customers about benefits and product offerings. Ensure stock is available on shelves so customers have the best choices. Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates. Uphold service of alcohol guidelines. Be yourself and bring your unique energy to the team. About You Talk with customers confidently and authentically to provide an engaging experience. Good availability across the day, evenings and weekends. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge. Own your career and look for opportunities to grow within the business.
