Working alongside us at Halo Care and Support can bring many rewards. Halo are seeking dedicated and versatile Support Worker - Multi-Skilled to join our team for over night shifts. This position is an integral part of our organisation, contributing to the well‑being and support of individuals within our community. **Please note the right candidate will be available for Monday & Wednesday overnight and a Friday day or possibly a Friday overnights.** The successful candidates will be responsible for: Providing personalised support to individuals with diverse needs, including elderly, disabled, or vulnerable individuals. Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. Implementing individual care plans to ensure that each person's unique requirements are met effectively. Supporting individuals in accessing community facilities and engaging in social activities to promote their well‑being and independence. Monitoring the health and well‑being of individuals under your care, reporting any concerns or changes in condition promptly. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the care provided, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures. The ideal candidate for this role will possess: Previous experience in a similar community support worker role. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds. A compassionate and empathetic approach towards supporting others' well‑being and independence. The flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules, including weekends and evenings as required.
