Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Provide menu recommendations and support customers with their choices. Take orders accurately and communicate clearly with the BOH team. Check in with customers during service to ensure satisfaction. Handle minor complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary. Complete daily opening and closing procedures as per the checklist. Prepare and maintain the dining area, including table setup and general cleanliness. Ensure timely and accurate service according to Le Feu standards. Process payments and operate the POS system correctly. Maintain cleanliness of FOH areas, public spaces, and guest restrooms. Coordinate effectively with BOH to ensure smooth service flow. Support teammates during peak hours or high-volume periods. Report operational issues, customer concerns, or safety risks promptly. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and OH&S requirements. Comply with uniform, grooming, and conduct standards. Respect company policies, confidentiality, and operational guidelines. Requirements Previous FOH experience is preferred but not required; full training provided. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a positive attitude. Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Good physical stamina; able to stand and move for extended periods. Competitive salary with regular performance reviews. Full training and clear progression pathway toward Supervisor/AM roles.
