SITE SUPERVISOR – CARPENTRY & CONCRETEMt Morgan, QLD | Lead a Crew of 30 | Major Project Take the lead on a significant civil construction project in Mt Morgan with a company known for quality, safety, and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions. We’re searching for an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong Carpentry and Concrete background to run a high-performing crew of 30 and ensure exceptional delivery from start to finish. About the Role You’ll oversee all day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is executed safely, efficiently, and in line with scope, methodology, and quality expectations. With support from senior leadership and well-structured systems, you’ll manage labour, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and maintain tight control over schedule, budget, and documentation. What You’ll Be Doing Leading and motivating a team of Carpenters, Concreters, Operators, TAs and Leading Hands Managing the delivery of concrete and carpentry scopes to the highest standard Planning daily activities, scheduling workloads and ensuring works remain on track Running daily pre-starts, SWMS reviews, JSA development and general safety leadership Monitoring equipment, consumables, and quality assurance Liaising with client representatives and ensuring professional communication at all times Maintaining accurate site records, daily diaries, timesheets, FICs and procurement paperwork Supporting training, onboarding, and upskilling of site personnel What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a Site Supervisor running civil or construction crews (ideally 20–30+) Trade qualification in Carpentry or Concreting Strong leadership skills with a focus on safety, quality and team culture Ability to interpret drawings, scopes, and methodology statements Excellent communication and decision-making abilitiesManual driver’s licence and ability to obtain a National Police Check Bonus: Plant tickets (Skid Steer, Excavator, Loader, Roller) or First Aid Why Join Us?
