You'll gain hands‑on experience by shadowing senior leaders and participating in engaging fireside chats with industry experts, providing deep insights into consulting fundamentals and the industries we serve. We currently have graduate opportunities within our Risk and Programs teams in Melbourne. About Programs and Risk As a graduate within our Programs and Risk team, you will gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of service areas, including: Governance, Risk and Compliance: Supporting clients to achieve risk and compliance objectives proactively and sustainably, de‑risking operations and programmes, ensuring risk awareness and culture are built in by design, and delivering assurance and compliance services over performance. Program Excellence: Helping clients confidently plan, deliver, and impact programmes, translating policy directives into implementable programmes, selecting appropriate funding models, working effectively with third‑party partners, and establishing program monitoring mechanisms. Internal Audit: Providing innovative audit services to improve organisational performance and governance, including strategy and function uplift, audits across strategy, processes, people, projects, and technology, and technology‑driven compliance audit services in emerging areas such as risk culture, cyber security, cloud control, AI and automation, eP3M, regulatory compliance. Completion of a bachelor’s degree in 2024 or 2025 (or currently completing). Degree in finance, economics, planning, business, commerce, accounting, mathematics or a related field. Availability to commence March 2026.
