Senior Pricing Analyst Help us shape the future of pricing within Intermediated Insurance Australia (IIA). As a Senior Pricing Analyst with the IIA Pricing team, you’ll play a key role in our Commercial Enterprise Platform transformation – a program modernising how we deliver value to customers. This is your chance to work on complex challenges, innovate with data, and collaborate across technology and business teams. You’ll design smarter pricing solutions that make a real impact, while building skills that set you up for long-term success. This is a permanent full‑time role based in Naarm (Melbourne), Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) or Meanjin (Brisbane). What You'll Do Build and optimise pricing models and rating algorithms for multiple products. Analyse data and provide actionable pricing recommendations to support business goals. Collaborate with technology and business teams to deliver project outcomes. Monitor pricing performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Contribute to go‑to‑market pricing strategies and implementation plans. Share knowledge and mentor peers through collaboration and on‑the‑job learning. What You'll Bring 3+ years’ experience in general insurance pricing or reserving. Tertiary qualifications in actuarial science or a related discipline. Proficiency in Excel and experience with R or Python for data analysis. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.> Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence decisions.
