We're asking you to create your own. SSRG Kids SSRG Kids is a brand-new paediatric service launching on the Sunshine Coast, and we need a Lead OT to help create, develop and define this new venture. This isn't a standard clinical role – it's a rare “blank slate” opportunity where you define the culture, systems, and clinical excellence of a new service, without the financial risk of going solo. The Role You’ll be the architect of this service. Backed by the reputation and resources of Smart Solutions Rehab Group (10+ years), you’ll take the reins on defining how SSRG Kids operates. You will DEFINE – Use your experience to shape what SSRG Kids stands for and how we deliver care BUILD – Create the workflows, clinical frameworks, and processes you've always wanted LAUNCH – Have direct input into branding, marketing, and our community presence LEAD – Maintain a clinical caseload, setting the standard for excellence while leading the service Who You Are ✓ Experienced Paediatric OT with AHPRA registration ✓ You know exactly what works in paeds OT—and what doesn't ✓ You’ve thought “there's got to be a better way to do this” ✓ You’re excited (not scared) by the challenge of starting from scratch ✓ You’re ready to put your fingerprints all over a new service Why This Is Different Real Autonomy – This isn't someone else's vision.
