We have a new 12 month Fixed Term Contract opportunity for a Packaging Engineer to join the Opal Fibre Packaging technical team at our Scoresby VIC site. As a member of this team you will support strategic projects for Opal Fibre Packaging across Australia which will optimise value creation activities. Your focus will be on product innovation and improvements and working with customers to scope develop and implement packaging solutions from concept to commercial supply. The key focus of this role will be to : Identify opportunities to unlock value and reduce costs through technical innovation Provide technical expertise support and training to teams across Australia Support the sales team with technical insights during customer tender process Keep up to date with industry trends and opportunities to enhance Opal products knowledge and industry innovations and developments Discover your sustainable future We can offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.
