Responsibilities Building a pipeline of lending leads. Keeping track of and nurturing these relationships throughout their buying journey using our CRM. Guiding customers through the lending process, giving them peace of mind that we’re here to help them achieve their goals. Leveraging your credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs ensuring positive lending outcomes for all and to future ready your customers for financial success. Building strong, relationship-centric connections with the community, the branch, and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes for customers. Embracing an attitude of lifelong learning. What you’ll bring to the role To succeed in this role, you’ll consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
