Are you a Release Manager? Our client is currently sourcing for an experienced Release Manager to lead release governance and delivery for a large-scale ICT transformation initiative. Release Manager Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a program-level Release Management Strategy, covering release frequency, risk classification, and rollback planning. Define and maintain branching / versioning standards aligned with CI / CD pipelines. Chair and manage the Change Authority Board (CAB), ensuring risk governance and change readiness. Oversee the Forward Schedule of Changes (FSoC), coordinate across dev / test / prod environments, and manage release dependencies. Drive automation and continuous improvement using tools like Azure DevOps , GitHub Actions , or Jenkins . Release Manager Essential Experience Proven experience leading release management for large-scale ICT or cloud migration programs. Strong knowledge of Git branching strategies, semantic versioning , and CI / CD orchestration . Hands‑on with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experience running governance forums (CAB). Desirable : Background in hybrid or secure environments. Familiarity with app migration from on‑prem to cloud platforms.
