The Package: $1,220.46 - $1,348.64 gross per week + 12% super. (Evaluated as Grade 5 of the QPRC Salary System 2025). Full time – 38 hours per week. Flexible work hours may be considered. Looking to make a splash in your career? The Aquatics team is looking for a passionate lifeguard to help supervise and run our pools all year round. In this role you will: Supervise guests to ensure they enjoy the facilities safely, while staying alert to provide emergency assistance when required. Help keep the facilities clean and well presented, creating a welcoming space for everyone. Deliver quality customer service and offer helpful advice to enhance each guest's experience. Ensure safe and clean water by conducting daily chemical filtration and plant operation equipment testing. We are looking for someone who: Previous work experience in a similar role and/or environment. Has obtained their Royal Life Saving Pool Lifeguard Certificate, Advanced First Aid Certificate and current NSW Working with Children Check. Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and care. Great time management skills, to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
