Trainee / Experienced Dental Assistant (PT) In the same job for too long and needing a challenge? Wondered about working in the healthcare industry? We aspire to maintain a team that works to support itself through being dedicated to patient care and experience, whilst ensuring the team are fairly catered for as individuals and as an organisation. We are now offering to employ Dental Assistants, either experienced or looking to start a traineeship. You will be trained to provide clinical care initially, and as your experience level and comfort zone increases, training to manage customer care at reception level will be offered. The role will be primarily at our Wantirna South location. However, some training may be provided at Doncaster. Qualifications Motivated, friendly and caring personality Mature, professional, has initiative and a ‘can-do’ attitude Open minded with a willingness to learn Likes a challenge working as a team Impeccable work ethic Good time management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport Customer/patient centric attitude. Responsibilities To deliver service to patients and clinicians efficiently. Responsible for ensuring the clinical rooms are well prepared for treatments to be performed, as well as supporting operational requirements of the practice. Providing support in preparing and delivering high quality treatment and service to patients by working with the clinician and others in the team as a cohesive unit.
