At SEIKO Australia, we pride ourselves on ‘being one step ahead of the rest.’ We have an exciting opportunity for a Watch Technician based at SEIKO's Workshop in Macquarie Park . The Watch Technician position is responsible for repairing watches to factory specifications whilst ensuring quality standards. The role will also involve ordering spare parts and part numbers, assisting customers with technical phone enquiries, carrying out movement exchanges, and band adjustments on replacement watches. Responsibilities Carry out minor repairs of watches Assist customers on the phone with technical information when required Carry out movement exchanges Undertake band adjustments on replacement watches Replacement of batteries of Warehouse Stock Undertake cleaning duties of the equipment room Pack and unpack watch repairs storage cabinets Engraving/Personalisation Service as required Other duties as required Key skills and expertise Previous watch trade work experience in the watch industry is essential The willingness to be trained to improve skills Strong technical and problem solving skills Customer focus Good levels of dexterity High attention to detail The ability to maintain an organised and neat working environment Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Engineering and Information Technology Industries Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Seiko Australia Pty Ltd by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
