Digital Marketing Specialist Our client is one of Australia’s fastest-growing health and wellness brands, trusted by a passionate community and backed by strong product demand. They’re now searching for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to help scale their e‑commerce growth across paid social, search and website optimisation. If you love testing, optimisation, problem‑solving and driving real commercial outcomes, the role offers autonomy, ownership and a genuinely exciting brand to grow. Role Manage and optimise Meta Ads and support Google Ads campaigns (competent + curious). Drive e‑commerce performance across awareness, acquisition, conversion and retention. Work on Shopify to improve website usability, CRO opportunities and product performance. Run structured A/B testing, creative testing and audience development. Analyse results across Meta, Google, GA4 and Shopify – turning insights into action. Collaborate closely with leadership and content to execute smart, data‑driven ideas quickly. Experience Required Digital marketing with strong hands‑on execution. Comfortable working across Meta Ads with exposure to Google Ads. Ideally some e‑commerce experience (Retail, D2C, DTC or product‑based industries). Technically capable – confident using websites, Shopify, tracking tools and analytics. Someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, growth environment and enjoys taking ownership. This Role Includes High autonomy, real influence and a brand invested in growing the right person.
