About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee our commercial turf projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site operations, managing crews, and ensuring all projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site operations and turf installation teams. Coordinate logistics for turf deliveries, equipment, and materials. Liaise with clients, project managers, and contractors to maintain smooth communication. Ensure compliance with WHS standards and company policies. Conduct site inspections and quality checks throughout each project. Manage scheduling, reporting, and documentation for each project stage. Provide hands‑on support and leadership to ensure team efficiency and morale. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within landscaping, turf installation, or civil works. Strong understanding of commercial turf installation processes and equipment. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
