The Sydney-based team acts on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, providing strategic corporate advice and capital markets expertise. The Role You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of corporate and capital markets matters, including mergers & acquisitions, private and public capital raisings, and IPOs. The role offers significant exposure to strategic corporate matters, governance, shareholder activism, and ASX listing requirements, with responsibility for managing due diligence, documentation, and transaction execution. You will also have the opportunity to build direct client relationships, provide hands‑on legal advice, and collaborate across offices on complex cross‑border transactions.
