This includes reporting on the actual performance of claims ratios, Gross Profit (including insights on drivers) and claims inflation headline figures.Let’s talk about youThe successful candidate for this role will have a Fellowship qualification of the IA Aust (or equivalent) along with 5+ years of experience in financial, capital and regulatory reporting.You are committed to innovate and pursue continuous improvement activities, seeking new ways to elevate our performance and exceed expectations.Furthermore, we’re looking for:Strong leadership and team management skills

Financial modelling, and Excel skills

Analytical and problem solving skills

Experience with claims reserving and capital modelling

Driven to innovate and pursue continuous improvement in all aspects of role - programming and automation skills valued
