About The Role You’ll lead our culinary team to deliver an efficient, cost-effective food service, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in our commercial kitchen and create exceptional dining experiences through your leadership and culinary expertise. Key Responsibilities Lead the kitchen team, including training and performance development. Plan and develop innovative menus that showcase fresh, local ingredients. Oversee electronic purchasing, cost management, and HACCP compliance. Prepare, organize, and deliver exceptional dishes with a high level of attention to detail. Maintain strong communication with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service. About You In order to be successful in this role you will need: Proven experience as a Head Chef in a similar environment. Formal trade qualifications in commercial cooking or equivalent experience. Strong experience in electronic purchasing and cost management. A creative approach to menu planning and development. Ability to work autonomously and lead a collaborative team. Commitment to food hygiene and safety, with HACCP experience essential. Current First Aid Certificate. Please note, visa sponsorship is not available with this position.
