Property Manager - Field Agent (Full-Time or Part-Time) Area Specialist Mildura is a rapidly growing property management business specializing in residential and commercial real estate in Mildura and surrounding areas. The Role We're looking for a people person with exceptional communication skills to join our team as a Field Agent. This is a hands‑on, on‑the‑road role where you'll be the face of our business, conducting property inspections, open homes, and building relationships with landlords and tenants. You'll be working as part of a task‑based team, focusing specifically on the inspection side of things—no need to run the entire portfolio. Our team handles the rest, so you can focus on what you do best: being out in the field and connecting with people. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine property inspections across our portfolio Performing incoming and outgoing inspections Attend open homes and private inspections for vacant properties Pre‑lease screening and tenant interviews Property maintenance prevention checks Finalise inspection reports and documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and the team General administrative duties as required What We’re Looking For Essential: VIC Real Estate Agent Representative Certificate (required or willing to obtain prior to start date) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanour Valid driver’s licence (company car may be available) Ability to work flexible weekday hours with occasional weekend work Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills Desirable (but not essential): Previous property management or real estate experience Familiarity with PropertyMe or Inspection Express software No experience? No problem Full on‑the‑job training provided.
