This role offers energetic and passionate educators a permanent, part‑time opportunity to join our Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) crew in Mickleham, VIC 3064. OSHC Before & After School Care Educator – Mickleham Position: Permanent Part‑time After School Care – Schedule 2:45 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday‑Friday Responsibilities Ensure the health, safety, and well‑being of the children in our care. Assist in the planning and preparation of exciting and innovative activities that enrich the lives of the children. Cultivate a welcoming and nurturing environment. Play and have FUN with primary school‑aged children. Prepare nutritious food and maintain a clean environment. About You We are looking for confident, energetic candidates with highly polished communication skills, able to relate to a wide range of stakeholders such as parents, preppies, and school principals. Key Qualifications A passion for, and experience working with children, ensuring their safety, well‑being, and happiness. Great team player, enthusiastic about helping the team achieve the highest quality service. Innovative – presents new ideas and solves problems as they arise.
