Platform Engineer, Switch Modernisation – NAB Seeking an experienced Platform engineer with significant operational and performance engineering experience to deliver core banking services to customers and colleagues. Responsibilities Run core banking switch systems with domain knowledge to operate mission‑critical systems. Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications. Improve reliability, quality, and time‑to‑market of our suite of software solutions. Measure and optimise system performance, anticipating customer needs and driving continual improvement. Enhance logging, cyber security, and reliability – designing strategies and patterns around achieving them. What You Will Bring Experience in application development / support. AWS. Scripting, Linux and CI/CD, preferably Jenkins. Programming skills with Python and Groovy. Infrastructure tools such as Terraform, GitHub and Ansible.
