Sales Assistant – Join A High-Performing Real Estate Sales Team

About the Role In this dynamic support role, you'll work alongside Josh and his Executive Assistant, to contribute in all facets of the sales process, including but not limited to: Managing buyer and vendor communication Preparing and coordinating property marketing campaigns Attending open homes and private inspections Assist in nurturing the database and identifying new leads / opportunities Supporting the team with daily administration, follow-up, and reporting Contributing to client care, lead generation, and team organisation This position is ideal for someone who loves real estate and wants to build a long-term career as part of a high-achieving team. About You Our ideal candidate will be a stand-out performer. We recruit primarily for motivation, capability and fit. The character traits we think would describe our ideal candidate are: Organised, structured, and methodical — a "to-do list" kind of person Reliable, trusted, and takes pride in their work Results-driven, focused, and motivated by achieving team goals Professional in presentation and communication; confident talking to people Humble, with a strong sense of teamwork; no task too small, and pride in the details Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends; a career in property extends beyond the traditional Monday-to-Friday, 9-to-5 schedule. A current driver's licence, own car and clean police record are essential. A WA Real Estate Registration Certificate is preferred but not required initially; the successful applicant will be required to attain their registration within 6 months of their employment start date.
