As a Leader in the business, you’ll be the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly, from ensuring our customers leave with big smiles to leading a fun, hardworking team. You’ll oversee the store’s day-to-day, keep the vibes high, and make sure everything’s running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing Lead by example and drive exceptional customer service. Drive and maintain venue cleanliness standards, and keep everything running efficiently. Day to day inventory management and stock control. Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintain a safe work environment. Hire, train, develop and motivate a team. Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs. Responsible for venue P&L management. Who You Are A confident leader with retail or hospitality experience (QSR experience a plus) A people-first person who loves building teams and connecting with customers Positive, proactive, and always ready to jump in where needed Organised, adaptable, and focused on continuous improvement Why Yo-Chi?
