Balcatta Medical Group is seeking experienced Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. Balcatta Medical Group is a busy, well established, fully computerised and privately owned General Practice. We are located in Balcatta. The Role: An exciting permanent part-time opportunity is available for an experienced and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team. We are seeking a candidate who can commence immediately and who will be a great fit within our supportive practice environment. As the primary point of contact for our practice, the Medical Receptionist plays a vital role in delivering a positive experience for our patients. This position involves liaising with patients, doctors and nursing staff while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the front desk. Tasks & responsibilities Greet and assist patients in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner Manage incoming calls and respond to patient enquiries efficiently Book appointments and accurately maintain doctors’ schedules Enter, update, and maintain patient registration details Generate invoices and process payments Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Provide administrative support to doctors and other team members as required Maintain the reception area in a tidy, organised, and welcoming condition Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Minimum completion of a Medical Receptionist course Flexibility to work a roster, including weekends, and to cover additional shifts as required Strong commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality Only applicants with relevant medical reception experience will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
