About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented, process-minded individual to join our team as an Estimator (or Trainee Estimator , depending on experience). You'll play a key role in the early stages of our projects, ensuring every design is costed accurately and efficiently. Applicants must hold valid Australian work rights or appropriate visa status to be eligible for this position. You'll work closely with our design, construction, and procurement teams to: Prepare and review cost estimates for residential projects Follow clear, systemised processes to ensure accuracy Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing Support design decisions that align with both budget and sustainability goals Who You Are We're open to a range of backgrounds. You might come from: Construction trade, management or site administration A basic understanding of construction processes and industry practices is essential for this role A completely different field but have a knack for precision, organisation, and systems What matters most is that you are: Highly detail-oriented and enjoy working with data Comfortable following structured processes Curious and willing to learn about the construction process Candidates must have completed Year 12 or equivalent educational qualification. No formal estimating experience is required — training will be provided.
