What this job involves We are now taking Expressions of Interest for an Assistant Property Manager to join an onsite building management team in Perth. We are driven to maximise the performance of our clients asset by developing and implementing commercial property management solutions that enhance value and increase efficiency. In the position of Assistant Property Manager you will be part of and support an onsite team at an A-grade commercial office tower in the Perth CBD. Responsibilities will include Assist with preparation of budgets outgoings recoveries forecasts and capex reporting. Assist with monthly report preparation Lease administration including set up of new leases and auditing of current leases maintaining lease document filing and lease / bank guarantee registers Monitor and actively pursue rental arrears Assist in Rent Review process (Fixed and CPI) Issue purchase orders in MRI Attendance at and assistance with regular client and tenant meetings Coding of creditor Tax Invoices Assist with production of Tenant Tax Invoices and Reconciliations for the asset Liaison with contractors tenants owners as required General Administration filing assistance and support as required by the onsite team Sound like you: To apply you need to be We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated person ideally with some Property experience (Residential or Commercial) and are seeking the challenges of a role that will allow you grow your have exceptional Customer Service & Client Relationship Management skills have the drive to succeed and are looking for that opportunity to move your career forward with a world class global organisation. A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude is essential coupled with excellent organisational and time management abilities. A high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required along with the ability to use initiative and find efficient solutions. Some accounting and lease administration knowledge is highly desired and a tertiary qualification in property finance or construction is advantageous but not essential. The key to this role is to ensure that all aspects of our clients property are managed efficiently and effectively. You will be the key support person to this team and you will learn and be involved in Financials Reporting Strategy Operations and the management of the asset of our client.
