VM & Stock Coordinator - Lidcombe

Our Lidcombe store is looking for an innovative and highly organised VM & Stock Coordinator to manage the product flow and stock accuracy in-store. By focusing on ensuring our stock is in the right place and looking incredible, they enable our Stylists to deliver an exceptional customer experience To support the needs of the store this role is a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday roster (9:30am - 5:30pm), at 22.5 hours per week with flexibility for earlier starts when required. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and prioritising service over tasks Efficiently and accurately process frequent and large stock deliveries, including checking off incoming deliveries and processing outgoing stock transfers and stock validation Are responsible for effective merchandising, planning and implementation of floor changes, adapting to store layout as required Ensure the stock room is maintained and all stock is stored appropriately, to support staff accessibility Ensure the Store facilitates a seamless shopping experience, through effective placement and regular restocking of product Partner with the Store Manager and take a lead role in stocktakes and coordinating stock markdowns Partner with the Store Manager to analyse category sales results, identify core lines and best sellers and plan changes where required Organise window displays in line with VM Directives and VM Guidelines, including cleaning and installing new window displays, effective Mannequin dressing and application of decals/signage/banners Are responsible for setting up of promotions, events and sales, ensuring creative and effective planning for these special store occasions Take a lead in maintaining and coaching the team in VM standards Have an affinity with the Taking Shape brand, and live, love and breathe our product Have demonstrated experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment preferably within apparel retail Previous experience with VM, stock management and inventory in a high change, fast paced environment will be highly regarded Have exceptional communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with employees and customers Lead by example, and are passionate, enthusiastic and energetic Have developed a keen attention to detail and exceptional time management skills Qualifications Have an affinity with the Taking Shape brand, and live, love and breathe our product Have demonstrated experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment preferably within apparel retail Previous experience with VM, stock management and inventory in a high change, fast paced environment will be highly regarded Have exceptional communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with employees and customers Lead by example, and are passionate, enthusiastic and energetic Have developed a keen attention to detail and exceptional time management skills Benefits The opportunity to work with our Tribe, where our employees and customers are celebrated Amazing Reward and Recognition opportunities A fun work environment where we believe in play as part of your day Structured Learning and Development Programs Generous Staff Discounts If you have the innovation and dedication to help take us to the next level, we invite you to apply today #J-18808-Ljbffr
