With an agile team of around 20 professionals, the company is shifting from its legacy as a manufacturer and service provider into a dynamic, sales-driven organisation. Their supportive, high-performance environment is ideal for ambitious individuals who thrive on autonomy and results. About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to drive sales of high-value dental equipment, particularly dental chairs, suction motors, compressors, autoclaves —by leveraging deep industry knowledge and consultative selling skills. This is a critical revenue-raising role , with products ranging from $50,000 to $100,000. There is flexibility for travel and expansion across categories. Some of your responsibilities will include: Achieving revenue targets and KPIs for high-ticket digital equipment Driving new business through solution-focused and consultative sales Maintaining a strong presence and network within the dental radiology space Selling to dental professionals using technical expertise and strong industry networks Managing relationships and product demonstrations for dental chairs, suction motors, compressors, auto claves About You The successful candidate will have: Exceptional communication skills Minimum 3 years' experience selling dental equipment Proven track record in solution-based sales and relationship building Deep product knowledge, ideally gained from another provider in the sector Confidence to operate autonomously with a self-sufficient, go-getter attitude A strong network within radiology or digital dental technology is highly regarded Desirable Experience: Exposure to 3D printing technologies Background in technical or imaging-related dental sales What’s In It For You?
