About You We are seeking a confident and experienced Clinical Success Specialist to join our growing team. In this client-facing role, you’ll provide advanced clinical training, support, and education to healthcare professionals using Alma’s energy-based devices. You’ll be a trusted clinical advisor, helping clients get the most from their technology while ensuring treatments are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with best practice. Key Responsibilities Deliver tailored, evidence-based training to healthcare professionals across ANZ in clinics, workshops, and educational events. Provide clinical support post-sale, ensuring confident and effective use of Alma’s laser, IPL, and RF technologies. Act as a clinical liaison for treatment planning, client questions, and product use, collaborating with internal teams as needed. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with aesthetic clinics, KOLs, and clinic groups. Contribute to the creation and delivery of clinical protocols, best practice materials, and training content. Support Sales and Marketing with clinical insights, education sessions, and campaign collaboration. Represent Alma at conferences, workshops, and key client events. Ensure all clinical activities comply with relevant state and national regulations across Australia and New Zealand, including licensing requirements for energy-based treatments. What You’ll Bring Clinical qualification in nursing, dermal therapy, or a relevant allied health field (BSc desirable). Demonstrated experience using energy-based aesthetic devices (laser, IPL, RF – desirable). Strong presentation and communication skills, with a passion for teaching and client education. In-depth understanding of treatment protocols, patient safety, and clinical best practice. Familiarity with aesthetic industry trends and an existing professional network (advantageous). Knowledge of regulatory and licensing frameworks across Australia and New Zealand is essential. Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across ANZ – this is a field-based role with frequent interstate travel. High ethical standards and a commitment to compliance and patient care.
