About This Role We are looking for a passionate diploma-qualified educator to join our team at Only About Children Fairlight 2 , a welcome and purpose-built campus in Sydney's Northern Beaches. You will work alongside a dedicated team of educators and allied health specialists committed to nurturing every child’s growth, development, and wellbeing. Key Duties Lead the planning and implementation of an educational program that values a holistic view of each child's development. Prioritise the health and safety of all children on campus. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to other educators within the campus. Maintain ongoing records of children’s development, programme, and daily information. Assist with daily campus operations and room tasks such as activity preparation and mealtimes. Ensure the high quality of services in line with the National Quality Standards and compliance with relevant Government Regulations. The Ideal Candidate Diploma in Early Childhood. A genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development. A creative, supportive and cooperative team player. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
