Senior Consultant, Business Transformation The Opportunity As a Senior Consultant in the Business Transformation team, you will play a vital role in assisting organisations deliver successful outcomes for some of the world's largest and most complex programs be it Government Reform, Power and Utilities and Infrastructure Transformation. This role is based in Warrang (Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) and Ngambri (Canberra). Your key responsibilities At EY, our purpose is to build a better working world—and it starts with our people. Skills and attributes for success Bring 3–5 years of experience, along with a strong passion for solving complex business problems and designing innovative, results-driven solutions—aligned with our purpose of building a better working world. You’re a creative thinker ready to take the next step in your career. Thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and enjoy working collaboratively to design and implement transformative solutions. You value innovation, teamwork, and delivering meaningful impact. Have hands-on experience across business transformation projects, including strategy development, operating models, service and policy design, customer experience, and program delivery. Workshop facilitation and strong presentation skills are highly regarded. Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes.
