Job Type Permanent position | Full time position Job Description An opportunity has become available for experienced full-time Motor Mechanics to join Houma Holdings Pty Ltd T/a Brian Hilton Motor Group. Located in North Gosford NSW. You’ll Be Doing This role is hands-on and varied. Responsibilities Review daily service bookings and prepare required parts in advance with support from the parts team. Carry out mechanical servicing, inspections and repair work in line with Nissan and company procedures. Document all work performed on repair orders, including parts used and any additional recommendations. Identify further mechanical issues and communicate these through the Workshop Controller for customer approval. Follow warranty processes, including tagging and storing replaced components when required. Use technical bulletins, diagnostic tools and training resources to stay up to date with product changes. Maintain a tidy work bay, completing hoist and equipment checks, and ensuring safe use of tools, chemicals and workshop equipment. Assist with mentoring Apprentice Technicians when needed. Qualifications and Requirements A Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (essential). Experience in vehicle servicing and mechanical repairs, ideally within a dealership or similar workshop. A current manual driver’s licence. Strong attention to detail, accurate record-keeping and safe work habits. A customer-focused approach and clear communication skills. The ability to work well with others and contribute positively to workshop culture. Registration Inspection and Air Conditioning Accreditation are highly regarded. Benefits Employee discounts.
