Senior ServiceNow Architect / Strategist – Leidos Australia Join Leidos Australia to work in our Defence Digital Modernisation business line. This full‑time leadership position is based in either Melbourne or Canberra and leads the design, development and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform across a large and dynamic Defence program. In this role you will: Guide the development of the ServiceNow roadmap, ensuring it aligns with organisational priorities and technology opportunities. Design secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions across key modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) and enable AI features such as predictive intelligence and virtual agents. Drive data‑informed decision‑making through ServiceNow Performance Analytics, delivering clear dashboards and KPIs. Collaborate with business and technical teams to communicate architectural direction and support delivery of enhancements that create lasting value. Maintain governance and best‑practice standards for development, consistency, transparency and quality. About You Demonstrated leadership in developing and implementing ServiceNow roadmaps in complex environments; expertise in Platform Analytics, AI features and system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs); ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or equivalent. Background in enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation or cloud platforms; familiar with Agile delivery and DevOps; strategic mindset with passion for continuous improvement. Effective communicator who can engage stakeholders across teams. Supportive leadership style with mentoring experience; comfortable working autonomously and as part of a diverse team. High integrity, adaptability, professionalism and proactive approach to complexity. Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, hold a Baseline level security clearance and may require an NV‑1 uplift.
