We are seeking a skilled and motivated ICT Business Analyst to join our team in South Strathfield. About the Role As an ICT Business Analyst, you will partner closely with the wider business stakeholders to optimise systems, enhance processes, and deliver technology solutions that support efficiency, compliance, and high-quality care. Be responsible for maintaining GFG business systems to ensure they remain fit-for-purpose and aligned with organisational needs, while building strong relationships and providing expert guidance across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders to support ICT projects. Map current and future-state business processes using recognised methodologies such as business process modelling. Analyse and interpret operational and system data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for ICT system improvements. Evaluate proposed ICT initiatives, assess potential risks, and recommend effective mitigation strategies. Develop high-quality documentation including functional specifications, technical specifications, workflow diagrams, use cases, and system requirements. Support the design, configuration, and implementation of ICT solutions by translating business needs into actionable system changes. Deliver user training programmes, prepare training materials, and provide guidance to ensure successful system adoption and ongoing use. Provide continuous technical and user support, assisting stakeholders in resolving issues and optimising the performance of ICT systems. Skills & Experience 3–5 years' experience in a similar role. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in FMCG environments. Expertise in process mapping and business process documentation. Solid communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Self-starter with a passion for technology and a strong "can-do" attitude.
