Your role involves motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills to help young individuals thrive in the job market. You must be able to balance empathy, dignity, and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes. Who are you? We are looking for you to bring a commitment to making a difference through connecting and supporting our youth participants into sustainable employment.
