In this role, you’ll take ownership of delivering end-to-end property management services, ensuring every detail aligns with our high standards and policies. You’ll combine sharp financial acumen with a customer‑first mindset, managing budgets with precision, driving cost efficiency, and proactively mitigating risks. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, so you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to create exceptional outcomes for our tenants and stakeholders. What you’ll be doing Right from the start, you'll do great work with us. In this role, you’ll: Drive consistent property management practices across assigned assets, ensuring alignment with Charter Hall policies. Partner with General Managers, Asset Managers, and Operations teams to develop strategic asset plans, budgets, and capital works programs. Mentor and guide Property Managers and Assistants to deliver high-quality outcomes. Build strong tenant relationships through proactive engagement and regular site inspections. Deliver exceptional tenant experiences, manage fit‑outs, and oversee make‑good obligations. Own asset budgets, ensuring revenue, expenses, and capex targets are met. Manage leases, rent reviews, arrears, and financial reporting. Oversee risk management, sustainability initiatives, and compliance with safety standards. Coordinate consultants and contractors, ensuring timely delivery of projects and services. Your point of difference – What you’ll bring to the team Recognised qualification, ideally related to property management At least 5 years’ experience in Office property management Strong financial skills, with strong customer management and team building skills, along with the ability to communicate on both a conceptual and detailed level Sound management skills Sound reporting capability Commercially minded and able to manage stakeholders across all levels.
