About the Team You’ll be part of a progressive IT division that delivers a wide range of technology services and solutions. The organisation is undertaking a significant transformation program across cloud, data analytics, and digital applications, designed to modernise systems, enhance user experience, and deliver smarter digital services for the Australian financial sector. About the Role As a Senior Integration Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions built on the Boomi platform. You’ll work across multiple high‑impact projects that support both new digital initiatives and ongoing business improvements. Key Responsibilities Design and implement integration services and APIs using Boomi. Analyse business requirements and contribute to technical solution design. Develop, test, and deploy integration solutions to meet project and business needs. Create and maintain integration design documents and interface specifications. Ensure all development complies with coding, security, and privacy standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational support activities. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional IT teams and key stakeholders. About You You’re a proactive, detail‑oriented developer who thrives on solving complex integration challenges. You enjoy working in a collaborative agile environment and are comfortable taking ownership of your work from design to delivery. Skills & Experience 3+ years’ experience developing and deploying integrations using Boomi. 5+ years’ experience with Web Services and APIs (REST, SOAP, XML/JSON, XSLT). Experience designing APIs using SwaggerHub and testing with ReadyAPI. Exposure to AWS API Gateway, AWS/Azure cloud technologies (highly regarded). Strong experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile development. Proficiency with tools such as TFS, GIT, or JIRA. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Engineering, or similar (desirable).
