Arnhem Land Progress Aboriginal Corp – Perth WA About the Role The RAES Operations Manager reports into the Remote Employment Manager and with guidance, oversees the operations of the Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) and the on-ground teams in multiple remote locations whilst providing strategic support to the community development leadership team. You will directly contribute to improved outcomes that will enhance the lives of some of Australia's most remote First Nation's Peoples. Responsibilities Lead, manage and develop a team of Remote Employment Site Managers across several locations Meet service delivery guidelines and reporting requirements to the National Indigenous Australians Agency and GM of Community Services Support and manage community-based Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) programmes and finances programs and finances Collaborate with participants and community for support strategies and timely responses Qualifications Relevant experience and qualifications in Employment Services or Human Services Strong communication skills and senior management advisory experience Proven ability to manage a budget – experience with federal funded programmes advantageous Dedication to maintaining a robust WHS framework Ethical integrity in Remote Service delivery Benefits Option to salary package 5 weeks annual leave + 17.5% leave loading Based in Darwin office with free parking Be part of a values-driven organisation making real impact Work in a collaborative and inclusive team culture Enjoy opportunities for professional development and travel Lead meaningful projects that support community priorities Note : Travel to remote ALPA communities is required.
