Our team is looking for a dedicated and passionate Disability Support Worker, who can undertake the following key responsibilities, Personal Care Pressure area care and skin integrity support Medication Administration Bowel and Bladder care with incontinence support Meal preparation and feeding assistance Supporting in pain management Completion of transfers including, bed to commode and commode to wheelchair, with the use of a ceiling hoist/ lifter. Manual handling including repositioning, pushing/ pulling wheelchair, and commode within the client home. General household tasks Organisation of stock and ordering About you. To join the team, we are looking for the following skills and experience: Certificate III in Individual Support or above (relevant care certificates may also be considered) Specific Disability / Complex Care experience (minimum 2 years experience) Manual handling certificate and experience (essential) Current First aid and CPR Yellow Card/NDIS Worker's Screening Check NDIS Orientation Module English Fluency - verbal and written We truly value each team member, and our commitment is to create a working environment where you can thrive and succeed in your role as a Disability Support Worker.
