The Role Reporting directly to our HVAC Account Manager with 16 years’ experience, you’ll be responsible for: Performing scheduled maintenance and servicing of commercial HVAC systems (including chilled and condenser water systems) Conducting fault finding and repairs across a diverse range of equipment Assisting with compliance testing, including full function fire tests Contributing to continuous improvement and delivering outstanding client experiences This role offers autonomy, stability, and variety across a strong portfolio of commercial clients. What We're Looking For We’re looking for someone who takes pride in your work and delivers results with professionalism and care. Ideally, you’ll have: Proven experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance Great attention to detail Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills Experience with chilled and condenser water systems Familiarity with compliance testing (fire/function testing, etc.) You must also hold: Qualified HVAC Technician with QBCC Occupational Licence Restricted Electrical Licence Current Driver’s Licence Please note: You must have full Australian work rights. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Bonus if you have: Installation experience or project‑based HVAC background Previous experience in commercial or facilities environments Professional presentation and communication skills.
