We help dealers find undervalued vehicles and products using real-time AI — and demand is exploding. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Head who wants to run the entire function from day one. This isn’t an agency environment or a slow corporate ladder. This is high-ownership, high-velocity, high-impact work where you build and lead the growth engine yourself. If you want a role where your decisions directly drive ARR, user growth, and the speed of our expansion — this is it. What you’ll do Own digital acquisition strategy end-to-end across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, affiliates, influencers, and any new channels you believe in. Build and scale weekly experiments with fast iteration cycles. Produce and test creatives that generate high-intent growth at scale. Improve trial → paid conversion, retention, and LTV with smart funnel work. Establish new growth loops, remarketing systems, and channel diversification. Work directly with the founder in a high-autonomy environment where decisions are fast and results matter. Build the marketing arm (and eventually hire underneath you) as we scale. What we’re looking for A hands-on digital marketer with real-world results managing meaningful budgets. Strong understanding of funnel mechanics and how to diagnose problems quickly. Ability to generate and test creative concepts at velocity. Data-driven, analytical thinker — comfortable making decisions from numbers. Someone who thrives in a lean, fast-moving startup environment. Able to collaborate in person 1–2 days a week in Melbourne. Compensation Base salary: $130,000 – $190,000 AUD Performance bonus: Up to $30,000 annually, tied directly to growth and acquisition performance.
