This is a full-time and continuing position at Level C with salary $143,490 - $165,001 plus 17% Superannuation. The Faculty of Health seeks a Senior Lecturer to lead unit and course teaching teams within The School of Nursing and Midwifery for undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Responsibilities Lead unit and course teaching teams and collaborate with other teaching teams in the faculty to develop effective unit/course curricula and learning materials. Integrate industry, clinical and/or research practice into unit/course design to improve student learning experiences, engagement and outcomes. Design collaborative learning opportunities at the course level and support diverse learners by creating accessible and inclusive unit and course materials and practices. Develop effective assessment tasks and rubrics at unit and course levels; provide clear criteria and timely feedback to demonstrate learning outcomes. Contribute to seeking funding for research and creative activities, including applications for external funding and other funding to support sustained activities. Qualifications Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a registered nurse. PhD in a relevant discipline and/or other relevant qualifications and experience. Excellent record of scholarly teaching in undergraduate and/or postgraduate programs, including innovative curriculum design. Demonstrated leadership of teaching, research and administration.
