Videographer / Content Creator

Overview Offroad Grit RV is a rapidly growing, Australian-owned caravan manufacturer based in Caboolture. We design and build premium off-road caravans engineered for real Australian conditions. With demand increasing and our brand expanding across Australia and New Zealand, we're looking for a talented Content Creator to drive our digital presence to the next level. You’ll be creating content that showcases the craftsmanship of our builds, the behind-the-scenes of our factory, the adventures of our customers, and the innovation behind our products. If you love storytelling, branding, and all things outdoors – this is for you. About the Role This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Caboolture workshop. We are looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator who can plan, film, edit, and publish high-quality content across all digital platforms. You’ll work closely with our leadership team and production crew to capture the Offroad Grit RV story and build a strong online community. Responsibilities Filming and editing short- and long-form video content (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) Product and build walk-throughs Factory and behind-the-scenes content Customer story videos Photography (interiors, exteriors, factory content) Content planning and scheduling Writing captions, scripts, and storytelling pieces Creating marketing assets for ads, website, and social channels Managing social platform uploads and engagement Assisting with digital campaigns, website updates, and brand development What We’re Looking For Strong skills in video shooting, editing, and storytelling Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve (not essential) Photography capability Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithm behaviour Ability to create polished, engaging content quickly Confidence working in a factory environment around caravans and trades Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Enthusiasm for camping, caravanning, 4x4, or outdoor lifestyle (not essential but a huge bonus) Why Join Us?
