Your opportunity: To provide expert clinical and client-centred care as a part of the Acute Pain Management Service (APMS), through collaboration with the Anaesthetic Department, the surgical and/ medical teams, other multidisciplinary teams, nursing staff, the patient and family members, to provide optimal acute pain management to clients throughout the hospital, who have been referred to the APMS. Support the facilitation and provision of quality and cost-effective nursing services which are consistent with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice. Responsible for a portfolio with a focus on clinical care/ leadership, management, education and/or research to promote and improve acute pain management of all clients.
