About the Role Our Officeworks Canning Vale store is hiring casual Team Members across a number of departments including replenishment, technology and customer service. As a customer service specialist, you will work with the team to deliver great service, provide expert advice on a broad range of products and act as a proud Officeworks brand ambassador. This role requires flexibility across a range of operating hours on weekdays and weekends (9am-6pm). Availability is required in December and January, and there are opportunities to work across various Officeworks locations and progress your career. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment. Provide expert and timely advice to customers on products and services. Support teammates across replenishment, technology and other departments. Act as an Officeworks brand ambassador. Maintain high standards of product knowledge and store presentation.
