Physiotherapist - Lifecare Homecare Graduate Program

Overview Lifecare Homecare provides allied health services to clients in their homes. We are seeking a Graduate Physiotherapist to join our Homecare team. You will receive on-the-job support, including buddy days with other therapists and supervision by our clinical leaders. With on-the-job feedback, you will have the freedom to manage your schedule without being bound to an office. Your varied caseload will include NDIS, workers compensation and veterans' affairs. Responsibilities Conducting assessments and providing interventions to patients and clients in their own home Engaging with other Allied Health Professionals, GPs and other Health Care Professionals to provide effective patient care Writing reports such as initial reports, progress and final reports and treatment management plans which meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HCP Providers Creating and maintaining effective relationships with Case Managers, GPs, community centres and other referrers Benefits A supportive and collaborative team culture Generous travel payment on top of your remuneration No weekend work Monthly training to support your learning journey Access to purchase additional leave Paid Parental Leave benefits Discounted Health Insurance Fitness Passport Opportunity to experience various Lifecare Group Health brands to broaden your skill set and career growth Qualifications A degree in Physiotherapy Full registration with AHPRA, upon graduating Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in early 2026 A pre-employment national criminal check, prior to employment A valid Working with Children clearance (this is an NDIS requirement; this job does not involve a paediatric caseload) A NDIS Workers Screening Clearance Full Australian working rights A full driver’s license, own vehicle and comprehensive insurance About Lifecare Lifecare Homecare is part of the Lifecare network, which is part of the wider APM Group.
