This is a great opportunity to join a market-leading company in a key customer-facing role that is expanding. Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Based in Western Australia, you will join a team of 17 Engineers responsible for maintaining XRF, XRD, and SPE instruments across Australasia, including: Installation, commissioning, and calibration Preventative maintenance on instruments Responding to breakdown calls as needed On-call and weekend work may be required. The role involves extensive travel—at least 80% within Perth, remote mine sites, and interstate. Occasional overseas travel may also be necessary. Job Requirements: 5+ years of field service experience Advanced Diploma or higher in Electronics, with strong electro-mechanical skills West Australian radiation safety license (advantageous) IT literacy Ability to travel at short notice Passion for customer service Experience with X-ray fluorescence, X-ray diffraction, or neutron analysis (advantageous) We Offer: Work in an organization committed to excellence Salary dependent on experience, education, and skills About Us: Malvern Panalytical, Micromeritics, and SciAps are market leaders in analytical instruments, part of the Spectris Group.
